Lori Durbin, Outreach Librarian for the Greensburg Public Library, is busy setting up a display at the Decatur County 4-H Fair. The fair kicks off Friday, July 10 and runs for a week. Parking in selected spaces at the fair is $2 and goes to support various civic groups. The fair is free and on Thursday of next week, visitors can enjoy rides for only 1 ticket. There are many highlights to the week, but the main focus is on that of 4-H and the youth of the county.
